The principles by which systems are assessed – accuracy, reliability, suitability and practicality – are the same at all levels.
If the principles are the same, then the sole reason why you may have there different levels is because the results are not the same.

Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, is currently in his visit to Serbia and he met with Novak Djokovic’s father Srdjan Djokovic.
According to Serbian media, they met to talk about various business deals but also tennis. Part of the conversation was Elon Musk’s alleged plan to buy the license of the ongoing Canadian Open and move it to Austin, Texas, USA, where he has other business interests too. Apparently he plans to make this move as early as 2026 or 2027/8.
Elon Musk is a huge Djokovic fan and according to Serbian media, his father was a messenger here signaling that Musk is willing to offer Djokovic a role of the tournament director when he retires.
