Raonic lost a first set TB to Sinner and has now retired at one all due to injury.

That Milos is Milos, and his body simply can't handle top tennis anymore.
Feel sorry for the guy. Such high expectations, and he did have a wonderful career, but so many injuries through the years.

Yes, Milos didn't look to be in professional shape. It would be fine if he retired, I don't see him getting the results he'd like. Pleasant player with good hair.
