UGGHHHHH. After winning the first two sets 1 & 2- Holt loses in a fifth set tiebreaker, double-faulting. Gutted. Quite possibly the last time he'll have such a chance on a big stage. Damn. Gutted.

Maybe the announcer misidentified him? She also mentioned they are playing mixed doubles together, but I don't know what either of those guys looks like. I thought she was with Fratangelo still as well, which is why I was surprised.

Nope, actually. ESPN down here is showing any player that is Latin. They showed today, already, the Garin match, the Cachin match and are showing bits and pieces of Cami. And they are waiting for Galan.
Remember, they have to go for the regional pride thing.

For the second day in a row, I've found myself thinking "has Chris Fowler lost brain cells?" only to eventually discover it isn't him, but someone with an eerily similar voice and name (Russ Thaler).

I wasn't aware you have ESPN down there and it shows the same for all Latin America.
Osorio beating Riske would be a superb result for her.

It must have been Fratangelo, unless Giron is simultaneously in the stands and on the doubles court.

WELL, Mistress Keys is still listed as in the mixed draw with Fratangelo. Wouldn't it be hot if she had somehow found a way to also dump Fratangelo in the mixed draw with Giron?

It is not the same for all L. America. They North (Mexico and central America) and then South SOUTH America, dominated by Argentinian programing.
Cami may pull the upset. She is up in the 3rd.
