Yeah definitely should be a 0. Then the people who were least sure about the game are penalized the least since I guess in theory they were "closest" to picking a tie.

Just the scores for the week: Omegadoom has closed the gap with #1 and Chad and him are now tied.

The dreaded "no good, terrible, awful bad week" came to us, and we all scored our low scores: Familiar front runner Omegadoom has taken the lead and has opened a good space between himself and second.

Please take a look at your tab. Because we had byes, there were players that missed some picks and their score is a bit screwy. If you disagree with the score, let me know.

I wish I could disagree with that score but I can't. What an awful week.

The biggest kicker was I went out of my money Survivor Pool... with Arizona.

The kicker? One player missed THREE games, by incorrectly picking the spots. And still finished first this week.

Off to another great start... four 16's and one 15 on the Eagles last night!

I'm close to going back and trying just picking the underdog every Thursday night again.

I actually feel good that I "only" gave them a 10.
OTOH. I like it when the Eagles loss. Most boring team in the NFL right now.

A low scoring week, although not last week's disaster.

Should have taken my own advice...I do see 2 Bengals pickers this week.

I was not paying that much attention and did not notice the Cincy pickers.
Indeed, a very good call. I really felt that the Bengals were toast without Burrow.
But that is the reason I am second to last in this contest. As much as I research and do everything to make my picks good ones.

Research can only help so much when the league has such crazy weeks. One week Denver beats the league's second last undefeated team... the next week they barely eke by the last winless team.

Meanwhile, the last undefeated team loses to a team that hadn't won back to back games in ... almost two years?

Once again, having less faith in my Packers than others has started to pay off... I wasn't doing it earlier in the year but might be time to start.

In our home survivor pool, they knocked out my brother which gave my son the win (he had Rams and is still going.) He is now making fun of me saying I should have used his picks in my money pool

That was a truly surprising loss. Not as if the Panthers were playing good ball as of late.
As I said in the lounge, Indy's loss was also weird.
