I went and (finally) read her essay. I have to admit I "appreciated" the social experiment. Happy to argue its merits and who it impacts but it is a rich topic to farm.

This is what happens when you let things that are not sports into the Olympics.

And , frankly, it's a bit why I struggle with sports that are judged.
