Ok. One more update.
It seems the attack has stopped (he grew bored) or I was able to fend him off. Because I am pretty sure that the person attacking us is doing it from the inside, I will not say what I did. But, it was a simple thing so I will repeat that same little action with certain frequency. That way, I can keep some bots at bay.
I took this opportunity to update a whole bunch of extensions; I had been sloppy on this and many were outdated by now. So, some may look a bit different. One plus: the new MEDIA EMBED extension allows for better handling of embedding media. I hope it helps when you do so.

And.
I loaded a new extension that allows you to SCHEDULE YOUR TOPIC. You can now create topics and give them a time in which they will go ON LINE. If you leave the option blank, the topic is posted immediately. May be a good option for our contest staff:

Easiest way to attack a site is if you have access to it. Since we allow registrations (as hard as I have made it), I believe that the person has access to our cookie.

I tested the DELAY POSTING function. It works like a charm, and you only need to set up the time according to YOUR TIME ZONE. That means, if you set it for 11:00 AM, it will go on line at 11:00 YOUR TIME. No UTC conversion needed.

I have worked out a small variation of the post area. You will see that, next to the FONT SIZE box, there is a new box that says PLAYERS. This drop-down box has the name of players, both ATP and WTA, and If you click on one of the choices, the name of the player will be inserted in the post area.
Right now, because I am testing, there are only 10 players per tour. I intend to only have this feature available during SP's, so people can use the DD and make the choices more homogenous.
Much appreciated if I can get some feedback (meaning, please use it once or twice). Also, the feature right now is only in the FULL EDITOR mode. Later on, I will implement it for the QUICK REPLY box.

Ooohhh! It looks like it would be a great help for Survivor Draw Pools!! It might be useful for Fantasy Tennis also, in that it would create consistent spelling of player's names.

That is the idea.
The only "problem" may be that the list of players is split in both tours, and I am not sure if I want to include the last names of all players at the start of the tournament, which would make a huge drop down but it is only one list in he beginning, or do I want to update the lists as the rounds go by (or even the days), which is more work.
What are your thoughts? I believe this will come handy during SP, YCWJ (just put the values first) and FF, as you say. What would you prefer?
(BTW, I plan to sort them in ascending; just did not do it for this test)

I mean it will definitely be useful, but sounds like an awful lot of work. Maybe trial at AO SP and see how much work it is and if it's worth doing?

For SP, optimally, there would be four lists: WTA top half and bottom half, and ATP top half and bottom half. 1) Could JTContinental and I manage the lists? 2) Can there be four lists? 3) Can the lists be thread dependent: WTA lists and ATP lists?

JT and I have to go through the lists each day and delete the losers to create the next days list of matches, anyways. If we could keep the information in flat text files and load them into the list, the only additional work would be reloading the list's data.

I am thinking of this:
Mods will be able to upload the ATP and WTA lists independently; right now, only access to the ACP can do it.
These files will be simple .txt
If you guys want to upload top and bottom half independently, it would be up to you. You can see that the drop down box is split in two sections, but that is generated from two files, not one.
And, of course, for people to be able to find the players easily, they would need to be sorted. Which is easy.

I have December to do it. Maybe will be enough time.
