Sure.
Let's see. Mac/Lendl met in only three slam finals. Connors Lendl in only two. Connors/Mac in only 2. Of course, Borg/Mac did meet in 4
We are again remembering the exceptional era of R/R/N, who met all the time. But, on average, big champions only have two or three such meetings.

Trouble is, they don't even meet much in non-major events..the seeding system protects them in earlier rounds..
And the ones you have mentioned were not always contemporaries, that is, one was often much younger
