Talk About Tennis 2.0

I'm interested to find out who has more following now - Alcaraz or Sinner. So I'm posting this poll:

Tough choice - I voted Sinner partly because I still feel he is a bit of an underdog in their match up. But if they are both playing other opponents, I’d probably be more inclined to watch the Alcaraz match because I think his game and shot variety is more fun to watch.

Tough choice, I chose Sinner in this match-up because he's a bit more unassuming.

I am somewhat indifferent, which is different from any of the "top match-ups" I have witnessed since the late 80's.

I picked Carlitos only because I prefer watching him play more. I have zero animus towards either and am fine when either wins

Same - enjoy both, but Alcaraz is a more interesting player to watch.

As above. Chose Alcaraz simply because he is a bit more flashy.

I would prefer to phrase the question differently, since I don't believe in liking or disliking someone one doesn't know personally..if the question is - who do I think is a better player, I would say Sinner on faster surfaces, Alcaraz on slower ..personality doesn't matter to me, I am a fan of the tennis, not the person.

If one does not have a distinctive rooting interest when they play each other - just ignore the poll. But I usually find this occasion rather rare. Most of the times you favor one player over another if ever slightly. The reasons could be different: playing style, personal preferences, even the behavior of the player's fanbase towards other players.

Exactly, I'm yet to meet a perfectly neutral tennis fan who only cares about forehands/backhands and nothing else. Besides liking one of them doesn't mean the other is despised or even disliked. You just don't support him winning.

Can't think of a simpler question...
