How ELC shall be handled on clay:

ELC is not ready for clay yet. The system shall be decommissioned for now and only brought back when it is 100% reliable.

Umpires shall be given the authority to overwrite a line call even from ELC. Otherwise why do we need umpires, they might as well be replaced by AI.

Players just have to suck it up and go along with the wrong calls, like in pre-ELC era.

How shall we go along with Electronic Line Calling, given that it is less reliable than on hard.

Even if I think it should be temporarily decommissioned to make it "as effective as" it is on other surfaces, I doubt they'll actually go that far. At the same time, because of clay being what it is meaning players can clearly see errors, then I don't think they should be forced to suck it up. That just seems really unfair. So, get them umpires moving out of their seats like we know they can, and if at all possible use the overwrites to somehow fine tune the system.

Bring back the line judges and use ELC as the backup.

After today's matches had to be cancelled not because of darkness but because the ELC system couldn't work after the blackout hit makes Ponchi's suggestion the best one not just for clay but for all tournaments.

Even with the line calling I think the matches would have been cancelled because of the loss of power, and bathroom facilities.
