I think this match has the most even bookies odds since AO-12 (Djokovic-Nadal). Back then the odds evened up because Djokovic had much more brutal semis against Murray.

I believe more in h2h results than rankings and what not.. Sabalenka has won 3 of the last 4 matches between them. My belief that Sabalenka is best on clay, ie on slow courts, also reinforces the feeling that Sabalenka will win today.

Prediction : After today title, Sabalenka will be a Wimbledon away from a career Grand Slam

I think Sabalenka needs to be off (likely in her head) and Coco's serve can't break down for Coco to win. Both with their game on, it's Sabalenka for the win.

Yes, Gauff found a way to stop Sabalenka from attempting a Career Slam this year

If you think Gauff is making a ton of endorsements now, it is about to be out of control at age 21

Saba's go-for-broke style works better with a closed roof..the conditions were windy today..then it is not the court but the wind/air..on the whole a dramatic but not high quality match

You cannot win a clay court match hitting that number of UE's. 70 UE's is simply a declaration of recklessness.

And let's stop these interviews on court after such a grueling match, especially for the loser. It is borderline sadistic.

Rennae Stubbs has already called Sabalenka out for her dour runner up speech.
