2026 Week 1
===========
### New Year, New Balls Please

Tennis Watchers
Jan 1

Welcome to 2026, Tennis Watchers! We are back full force with the first guide of the year as live tennis will kick off News Years Day. Escape the cold and snow to the sunny Australian Swing with United Cup action kicking off the new year. If you are a subscriber over the past month, welcome! You’ll get a weekly rundown of tournaments, how to watch them, and key links (Socials/Weather/Time Conversions) for each tournament.

This weekend action will kick off with the joint WTA/ATP Brisbane event, followed by Auckland (WTA) and Hong Kong (ATP). As always with the Australian Swing, live matches will start in the evening stateside with replays the following day. Coverage will be on Tennis Channel/TC Plus and ATP Streaming available on Tennis TV.

Note for monthly TC Plus subscribers, the price will increase to $11.99/month at the end of January (looks like yearly cost remains $109).

2026 Week 5
PS: Check those ESPN Subs
Tennis Watchers
Feb 1

The close of the Australian Open also brings to a close ESPN’s coverage until Wimbledon. Based on lots of early feedback, that will be a welcome switch. As Tennis Watchers previewed in the Australian Open guide, we had some concerns about some potential major gaps in the ESPN Unlimited tier. Unfortunately, those gaps came to fruition and tennis fans were rightfully upset. The ESPN structure and broadcast will have to be watched throughout Wimbledon and US Open, as TNT will carry the French Open again. Hopefully ESPN heard fans and will adjust coverage for the other slams. In the meantime, let this serve as a friendly reminder to cancel your ESPN subscriptions, if you no longer need them, prior to getting an additional monthly charge.

With all of that, tennis hits the ground running with the WTA kicking off Abu Dhabi (500), Cluj-Napoca (250), and Ostrava (250) Sunday. The ATP will be in Montpellier (250) starting Monday and Davis Cup Qualifying later this week. All matches will be on Tennis Channel and TC Plus. One note, the Tennis Channel guide is not showing live matches on Sunday, so TC plus may be your best bet. In addition, Tennis Channel coverage blocks do not yet appear to flushed out for the week and you’ll notice they are start at 2:00am, but keep in mind order of play start times for each tournament. Check out the full guide below!

2026 Week 6
From Down Under to Doha
Tennis Watchers
Feb 07, 2026

Another early start this week and our first 1000 level event has entered the 2026 chat. WTA Doha will kick off early Sunday morning. A duo of ATP 500s (Rotterdam and Dallas) and our first clay event of the year in Buenos Aires (250) all kick off Monday.

Coverage will stay over on Tennis Channel (TC Plus/Tennis TV streaming) for the week. Keep in mind time zones are spread out so coverage blocks will look a little funny. Doha and Rotterdam will be live here in the states with Dallas/Buenos Aires kicking off late morning and going into the night.

We’ll drop another remind to cancel any unneeded ESPN Subscriptions this week. Tennis won’t return the network until Wimbledon.

by ponchi101 I won't mind him a bit.
Of course, I won't see him, being stuck with ESPN L. America.

by dryrunguy Tennis Channel actually showed some tennis from Santiago yesterday. I was shocked. Very pleasantly shocked.
