In the instructions topic, we mentioned a feature of phpBB that may be a cause of "problems" for the SP picks.
If you are typing a reply to a topic, and while you were doing so somebody else also posts a new reply, when you click SUBMIT the system will inform you of the NEW POSTING BY THE OTHER PERSON, and ask you to confirm your own post. I am not sure if this may have been your case, but something to keep in mind for future pools. To look into the topic to make sure that your post was indeed posted.
