I remember her with another British tennis player before this guy. Duffus is quite easy on the eyes.

Yes, more than one I think. I believe she basically said they were toxic though. Courtney has been very good for her, she credits his support as part of her turnaround in the last 2 years (you may remember it from when she won a title, I think it was early 2020).

Yes. She said he's been pushing her to do better and it shows. She would've rolled over in a match like this before she began dating him.

I hope she reads what Ahn said about her struggle for results.

So did Timea basically retire she just didn't issue any official statement? Or is she still rehabbing her injuries?

I read that she can't decide whether she wants to attempt another comeback or not.

And knowing how moderate the British are in their response to "the next big thing", if Emma beats Sorana today and makes it to the second week, I say the payday is in the immediate 7 figures.
What a pretty girl.

Money will not be a problem indeed, but the flip side is the enormous pressure which will be piled on by British press. Some can deal with it and some can't...

Nothing that can't be handled by a strategic move to Monaco, which she will be able to afford with a snap of her fingers... :D

Remembering how Dan Evans reacted to Aljaz Bedene has he weighed in on Ms Raducanu? Is she sufficiently British for him?

Evans has lately been very good at shutting up. Maybe some people do learn.

I don't know what he said, but she's "more British" (whatever that means) than Konta or Robson, so not sure what the problem is. Let's hope he is keeping his thoughts to himself. He doesn't need to work so hard to make people not like him, far as I can tell, they already don't like him.
