Predictions Week of 02/24/2025

This contest is open to all TAT members who wish to participate. You can sign up by submitting picks for a current (or future) tournament. All information for the contest is in the 2025 PREDICTION CONTEST INSTRUCTIONS stickie.

There are five tournament to predict this week: Acapulco 500, Dubai 500, Santiago 250 for the ATP; Merida 500 and Austin 250 for the WTA .

Predictions are due:

ATP

WED Acapulco 6 pm, GMT THU 12 am, EST 7 pm, PST 4 pm.
WED Dubai 2 pm, GMT 10 am, EST 5 am, PST 2 am.
WED Santiago 2 pm, GMT 5 pm, EST 12pm, PST 9 am

WTA

WED Merida 2 pm ; GMT 8 pm; EST 3 pm; PST 12 pm.
WED Austin 11 am, GMT 5 pm, EST 12 pm, PST 9 am


If any tournament has fewer than three R16 matches scheduled on the due date, the deadline for predictions will be extended to the following day for that tournament

Also been playing around with AI a bit this week and decided to see what it thinks projection wise. Highlight was "If Medvedev wins in the quarters I favor him to make the semis"
