The NY Times piece I read stated, and I paraphrase, she was the smartest person in the station. Spot on. And that was a big deal at the time--to be both sexy and smart. Other shows were trying to do something similar, but I don't think anyone did it as well as Loni and the WKRP writers. RIP.

Just a word on Ozzy. My cousin treated him years ago when he was hospitalized for a heart issue. Nothing but the most positive things to say, said he was funny and he and Sharon were absolutely lovely to the whole staff.

I am a big fan of his aesthetic. It's cold for many but the way he made complex tailoring look so simple was what made me love his work.

I won't celebrate deaths, but when the person is someone who said a few gun/shooting deaths a year is good to protect the second amendment...
