not actually so surprising - Fritz has power, the weapons, he can hit through a slow court..his movement is not world-class but that doesnt matter when it is anyway slow.

Fritz and DeMinaur carried the World team to victory. DeMinaur was a replacement for Tiafoe - not sure why he wasn't a first choice based on ranking.
