Would also have a bit of a problem now with Europe. I grew up with countries such as YUGOSLAVIA and CZECHOSLOVAKIA, all fragmented now. I don't know anymore if the Czech Republic is North of Slovakia or parallel.
Would most likely mislabel the Baltics states, most certainly the Balkans.
I like to play Sporcle's Countries of the World (they have quizzes by region too, less time consuming) as a break from work to keep my map knowledge like a good lil' nerd
