For some strange reason, I picked Krejcikova to defeat Golubic, who hadn't won a main draw match in months. My stupidity earned me a trip here on the first day of the tournament.

ouch. just checked results. survived my rain delayed day 4 pick, but my day 5 pick, Khachanov dumped 11 of us.
so on the one hand, I need a drink for misery.
on the other hand, I need a celebratory drink that finally the big orange one is convicted of something.
or do I just need 2 drinks?!

Mine's a Moscow Mule please...which I'm rebranding as a Russian Donkey... it has an added splash of sour grapes. Curse you Khachanov!

If our numbers are correct, Samsonova just drove 20 out of 37 people over a cliff and into the fires of 'ell. 60% of the pool.
And no, oui will NOT be serving more Moscow Mules! We will prepare a delicious cocktail for all these poor people. With vodka.
Edit: and it is a Friday, Bloody Russian Friday, with Rublev also going down and taking 13 souls with him.
