I didn't even see this note until after play was finished. My memory is different from ponchi101's. However, everyone who picked Shelton changed their picks before I closed the thread. So, in this instance, no one is in danger because the picked Shelton. The Contest Staff will have to revier their memories of how this type of problem was handled in the past. It is sufficiently rare, that I don't immediately remember how it used to be handled.
